Drug intelligence / Profile preview
[89Zr]Zr-RDT-008 is a site-specifically radiolabeled anti-CD70 monoclonal antibody developed by the MD Anderson Cancer Center Therapeutics Discovery Division. It consists of the fully human anti-CD70 monoclonal antibody RDT-008 conjugated to the chelator maleimide-desferrioxamine (maleimide-DFO) using THIOMAB technology, and radiolabeled with the positron-emitting isotope zirconium-89 (89Zr). [89Zr]Zr-RDT-008 is designed as an immuno-PET imaging agent for the non-invasive detection and monitoring of CD70 expression in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) and other CD70-positive solid tumors. Preclinical studies have demonstrated high target specificity, rapid internalization, and excellent tumor-to-background contrast in ccRCC models, suggesting its potential as a companion diagnostic for CD70-targeted therapies.
